The gist of it was that the government would subsidize green energy, such as solar and wind power, and encouraging the transfer to green energy. Meanwhile, our fossil fuel industry was largely left alone, barring a carbon tax, and we let the energy markets run its course until green energy produces just as much energy, and then, as time progressed, more energy than fossil fuels. Eventually, fossil fuels will be used less than renewable energy and made largely obsolete, and after that, and more transfer to cheaper and more used green energy, we allow the fossil fuel industry to die a slow and dignified death.

“If it would please you all, I suggest that your respective nations adopt a similar roadmap to ours. It doesn’t have to be exactly the same, it can be left to different interpretations, just as long as the end goal is the same.”

"Again, Meretica has a proposal to share. As idealistic as it would be to seek the eternal end to nuclear warfare, it is neither a practical nor a pragmatic approach. Terrorists do not care what the international community says about the use of nuclear weapons: they will still use them. I propose that the international community adopt a universal policy no-first-use policy. Nuclear warfare must be the last resort. We also believe that outdated weaponry must be properly disposed of, thus preventing potentially deadly accidents from taking place. This is a very moderate policy that I believe a majority of nations would be able to get behind."

For the last time, sir, “green” energy never will work out as an economically viable solution. Of course you can force it through, making it cheaper by usage of state regulations, however eventually it will increase the footprint you all fear and want to evade this much. Laka will never adopt such a roadmap, and never will attempt to become “greener” than it currently is.

Laka will never disarm or refrain from our counter-force first strike nuclear policy. We’ve stated that earlier, well state it before if needed. And we will not reduce the amount of nuclear weapons we hold. This strategy had worked fine for us in the past and will work fine for us in the future. We lack the manpower to fight a conventional defensive war and as such have to use every advantage we have. We will not disarm outdated weapons, instead converting them into nuclear demolition devices (these infamous “digged in” nukes)
