Reference Image/Desc: He looks handsome, with sharp features and a defined jaw. Light blue eyes, light brown hair and a large scar on his right cheek (inflicted by an incident involving a Makarov's slide and spiked ammunition, leading to a current burning hatred of the handgun). He's strong and tall, always with a cocky smile on his face.

Personality wise he is a natural leader of men and an instructor, owing to his current rank of Captain in the Lauzanne Army. He's great at telling tales and has an endless well to rely on, from the infamous Teddy Bear Incident, to his time in Welzat both fighting insurgents and training their armed forces. He's passed survival, marksmanship, anti-armour, K-9 and parachute training as additions to his long list of qualifications, and this could raise the question of why such an individual is here with the Scouts.

He was forced to take a couple of months of R&R given he had faced the Spring War, Black March and Ex FORGE in rapid succession, and he was bored just sitting around the house.

However, he is not alone. During the Black March Conflict, he had obtained a Belgian Malinois dog which he since named Welrod, who rarely goes places without him. She is a fairly average size but that still means she is roughly 25kg of well-trained fur and teeth. Knows lots of tricks and is otherwise friendly.

Invite only means, that the OP, in this case PPC, goes around and tells the people, who he wants to invite, that this RP exists and that he would love for them to participate. Imagine it as a party between friends and acquaintances to which you are invited (or aren't, whatever the case may be).

Everyone of you seems to be under the impression, that I'd RP each and everyone of these girls... let me assure you, I plan to name them all, but I only plan to play a Lance, read six of the lassies, and maybe the attending teachers.

In 2020, on initiative of the Grand Captain of the Arrowmaidens of Lodan Lir, Mara Urgharda of the Tribe of Fermanagh, the Cults and the Younger Militia Coordination Authority (YMCA for short in international parlance) planned to conduct a Mustering, read calling together all Banners and Lances and Scatas and other formations of the Younger Militias and the Orders. Due to COVID, that did not happen, but the tables were made regardless.
Among the results of this "Paper-Mustering", as it became to be known, was, that the Younger Militias, should another situation like Anfa Ridge arise, could field circa thirty thousand horsemen and horsewomen of varying designations and equipments, from light and nimble mounted archers to heavy lancers to dragoons from the Lake Mór Region alone.
Every child in the Free Lands, which learns the "arts of numbers and signs", read attends school, is member of the Younger Militias (unless he or she has a bloody good excuse). On the other hand, the Free Lands do not want to have another situation like Anfa happen, which is why the majority of the service is ceremonial these days (like honour guards during huge and important state visits), related to disaster relief or, most commonly, simply a field to learn important life skills like how to do first aid (and yes, the Younger Militias learn first aid in first grade elementary school, with refreshers every year).
