How do I become my region's WA delegate?

Anyways, I want to become my region's WA delegate so I can represent it. However, it keeps saying unfilled, even though I have the most endorsements. Is there anything I am missing?

You wait until the next update before it automatically updates to show that you are the delegate.

WA delegates only change every 12 hours at the minor and major updates.

Once there is, you should be able to become WA Delegate.
