As the Jet slowed to a stop, the Emperor finished off his champagne. He had entered into what he though of as a divisive nation. He could see of their well intentions, but the meetings with Hopalians he had so far... lets just say they were of the kind the Emperor wanted out of his realm. The door to the jet began to lower and he got up from his chair and lightly set down his glass on the table. He had to maintain his dignified face and face the dozens of leaders who were of what they believe the best type of government. If anyone who thought his nation's way of government were barbaric, they were to be shown up. And with that he set his left foot on Hopalian soil.

The Prime Minister stood tall and sternly as the Emperor arrived relations with Romextly had been cold to say the least. Hopalians didn't think highly of the Romextly government, they were a liberal crowd and didn't like the new Primo Representative and some still saw Romextly as a dictatorship. Stophoe personally didn't like Romexlty, he knew better than to call them a dictatorship, and knew they were a powerful government with some goals in common, but he knew what the backlash from his people would be if he associated with them too closely. As the Emperor approached him have a nod before welcoming him "Welcome to Hopal" he simply told to him. Harry Felixon the Minister of Finance walked up to him stopping about a metre away to give a bow before joining the Prime Minister and Emperor not speaking to any of them, he didn't regard Romextly in a positive light either.

Tara and Adrienne filtered through the entrance of the national archives with the crowd. They made sure not to lose their guide in the process as they finally broke free from the mass of bodies and began to walk around the pristine halls of the archives.

They couldn't help but stop and admire the architecture, and mused over some of the documents out on display, taking the opportunity to admire the rich history of Hopal.

"Mr Tahity, this is an impressive installation." Tara said
"As minister of culture, did you play a large role in the construction of these archives?"

"It is quite the magnificent place" Lawrence said looking around the large chamber "As Minister of Culture I did have a part in gathering the documents and cultural artifacts and deciding what to put on display, most of the historic and more political documents are in the basement, there's a museum on the other side, this floor is more of general important and famous documents and displays of Hopalian history, upstairs in just a normal library and there are a few rooms of learning." he told them running through the anatomy of the building.
