ZAFIZAMARRAH, THE CITY As the old capital of the Sultanate, the biggest city in the Alezias, the economic and political powerhouse, Zafizamarrah is definitely going to be the capital of the new union. Located 20 km away from Mukhlis Krasnaya International Airport, the City of Zafizamarrah is connected by a motorway box that surrounds the metropolis, which is called the A-48.
As a big city, Zafizamarrah is known for being a mega economical hub in North Alezia, and thus selected unanimously by the other members of the Preparation Committee as the new capital of the Alezian Union, due to its cultural, historical, diplomatic, and political importance.
The city is divided into 15 boroughs and two industrial areas. Each borough gives you a characteristic of their own for you to visit and challenge yourself on finding each's unique character. The most popular of them are: Mittawaqul (where you can find Mittawaqul Maqzafi, a new megatheatre which was planned to be the host venue for two Worldvision Song Contest but sadly lost to other bids and where you can find farmlands that cater for the city and fused together with the skyscrapers of the borough), MUKHLIS KRANAYA NORTH (where you can find a very massive spherical building which is the building of the union's Broadcasting Channel, the Alezian Broadcasting Authority and where you can visit the National Mosque where you can experience and learn of Alezia's Islamic Past.), Hamimadza, where you can explore more farmlands, and participate in its farmers market), Hamqadalah (where you can shop in the first mall in the Alezian Lands, the Mall of Alezia), Mazaqba-Hafarqazza (where you can find a replica to the Tokyo Tower), and the two most most important boroughs are: Government Way, where all governmental activities are held in the same island and will be the location for the Union's legislative palace, and finally Isbaraqqi where the venue is located. Around it you can enjoy a ferris wheel and an observation deck just walks away from the National Stadium and the International Delegate Hotels. In Isbaraqqi you can also enjoy a swimming pool, another mall called IsbaraqqiPlaza, and much more. You can even say that Isbaraqqi is the capital of Alezian Entertainment and Leisure.
TRANSPORTATION FROM WORLD TO ALEZIA
If you're interested on attending, WONDERFUL! THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH! Now, you're planning to attend, and you're thinking of various ways to access the nation. We can help you with that!
First up, the common way. Which is through your flag carrier, flying you to the massive, Mukhlis Krasnaya International Airport! Located on an island separated from the mainland and 20 kms away from the Metropolitan City, the Airport consists of four terminals and three runways! And all of the runways are big and wide, enough for big planes to pass through. And in the terminal, there are a lot of things to do, such as getting that sweet coffee bread, or getting Alezian souvenir early if you're planning to go home immediately after the ceremony (maybe you still got a lot of things to do in your nation)
Second, the still common, but less common way. Which is, with a water transportation arriving at sea, specifically the Oldport-Newport Seaport Area! Around 98% of passengers arrive at the Newport. The port is also around 20 kms away from the Metropolitan City. You can arrive with a lot of ships, maybe you can arrive with your own cruise line! Which we may be interested in, and eventually, Hey! You can open your cruise lines operation from or to Zafizamarrah for the public! (We like cruise ship. Trust us, maybe not in the present, but in the future, there are a lot of cruise enthusiasts!)
Third, the already uncommon way, but still okay, is arriving at Newport, THEN transit to a smaller boat... And enter the Habiqul river. The Habiqul river is the river that separated the Old Town of Zafizamarrah and the New Town of Zafizamarrah. With a small boat, you can literally arrive at the stadium, be welcomed by a group of Alezian border officers and escorted to your hotel. Super eccentric, but you can still do it.
Fourth, the super super SUPER uncommon way, is not arriving by plane, but by portal or dragons (if you have those). Before you arrive with the fourth option, contact me first. (If you already contacted me, great!) And also, if you're using the fourth option, you might have to allow the Alezian Scientific Team to study the technology so WE can use it to visit YOU next time. (If you refused to let us study it it's fine, but it's still nice to get that thing you came in with researched for a teeny tiny time...)
TRANSPORTATION FROM ALEZIA TO THE NATIONAL STADIUM LEGEND:

So you've arrived at the Alezian Union. Congratulations! Now you only need to go to the complex. Walking especially for world leaders might feel a little bit uncomfortable to some (remember, MKN to Natstad is more than 20 km away!) , so you can rent a taxi or limo (if you want to, you can ask them to attach your nation's flag on the vehicle so it'll look cool!) for the duration of the ceremony week, or you can also bring in your own vehicle (we even allow helicopters if you want style, but make sure you land near the place (ask the pilot to fly you to Masariqqa Tower. He/She'll bring you SUPER near to the venue) ). If you wanted to do that, make sure you already earned permission from the Alezian Union first! So you're in your car. Nice! Now, you are free to arrive through any way available on the map we gave you above.
THE VENUE, THE NATIONAL STADIUM The National Stadium has been selected by the Preparation Committee for the ceremony's venue. Located at the center of the Metropolis, The National Stadium started construction in 1977, and stalled in 1985. Construction then restarted in 1989 and finally completed in 1993. The stadium can hold around 75,000 spectators, and a special VIP seats are available at the outer part of the stadium. The VIP seats shall be the place where important guests from the Alezias and the world sit and enjoy the ceremony. A ladder connecting the field and the VIP seats was installed every year to support the annual independence day. And now, this ladder will be used in the future ceremony.
The stadium is big. So seeing things might be hard. So we prepared four large LCD screens to show the performances for those who can't see the performance.
THE STAGE(amateur artist rendition) Located at the direct center of the stage, the stage for the ceremony is a circle 360 degrees stage which means that the performer that will be presenting on stage is given maximum freedom on how will he/she work on the stage. A camera located at the outer ring of the stage can be used to broadcast the performance in quick transition.
The stage also allows for pyrotechnics such as water, fire, fireworks, and smoke to be used to increase the viewer's experience. And, performers can also ask for a LCD screen to be quickly put on the stage.
Out of the stage, the entire field has been transformed from an olympic track and football (soccer) field, into a full green field. The field is divided into four, where if needed, the four parts of the field can be used to situate a lot of things, such as military drum parades, historical reenactments of Alezian history, and much more. And the parts are separated through a grey road, which can be used for a performer to access the stage, or even, bring in a motorcycle experience (in order for it to go to the stage, a special ramp is needed, which is already prepared)
ACCOMODATION, WHERE WILL DELEGATES SLEEP? We make sure to give the best to our delegates. The preparation committee prepared three hotels for international delegates and officials to stay for the duration of the week. In the left part of the picture, you can see three hotels that will be used. From left to right, we prepared Makazatul Hotel, Al Husana Hotel, and Grand Isbaraqqi Hotel. All five star hotels, with identical facilities, such as Jacuzzi, Swimming Pools, a Gym, and each hotel has two restaurants if you fancy some hotel food (which we from the committee agree feels and tastes nice, especially the breakfast menus, not gonna lie.)

NOTES FROM US
All events shall be done at night. Especially those with eating and drinking. This is due to Alezians having Ramadhan around that time, where all Muslims who able must fast from the first call of prayer to sunset. In this case, Alezian Union's geographical location as a pack of islands unseen in other maps. However, we can conclude that it's located in the Pacific Ocean just across of Japan. Thus, just like Japan, fasting shall go for around 04:00 to around 18:00. And after that, there's still Taraweeh. And so, all events that is broadcasted publicly will be held at night.
Leaders who don't observe Ramadhan are allowed to eat and drink in their accomodations, and eating out as long as they're fine with a black cloth being put outside to block the view of people eating from anyone who's fasting outside. And, at noon, food options might be limited for those who like to eat outside. And Leaders who do observe but decided not to are allowed to not fast due to the "Musafeer" (people travelling far far away, especially inter-dimensional or inter-universal) rule, which do not apply to Alezians who live literally meters or kilometers away from the venue.
The National Iftar which are held every year are now being held INTERNATIONALLY. The National Iftar is an event held by the Premier (used to be North Alezia only, now it's the Union) in 27th, this time, all international leaders must attend the event and enjoy the food which is prepared by the Nation together with the Premier on a table, so all of the leaders PLUS 100 children (we expected the amount to be a little big, excuse us) of those in need and those that came from various parts of the nation. It's for a great cause, and you'll definitely look great in public.
In the private international dinner, all leaders are allowed to bring in food for the other leaders to enjoy. We would appreciate if the food is certified as halal (no pork, no alcohol), but if you cannot do that, then we're fine with any other food. But we would appreciate it greatly.
