There was no specific seating arrangement, except for Princess Chrystanthe whom sat at the head of the table. Again, the maids called for anyone who wished to sit for tea to please come and sit if they desired. "If anyone would like a further treat from the table with tea, feel free to ask." Well maybe not Flora, it seemed she had enough now so she could enjoy a cup. Each seat had an empty plate and cup for them to enjoy. This was the table for the little children. Right next to that was another table, this one set for the older chaperones of the group, again similar layout and empty plate and cup with two seats immediately were reserved for the elder sister Princess Peri and elder Prince Linley, whom still had yet to appear. The maids pulled chairs out for all to allow them to sit.

Abetton wrote:Tea time, was a ritual in this country, maybe not so much others, but how would this Princess know this? Her cup and plate were set. For her, milk tea with a slice of the cake baked for her. "I'm sorry, I haven't really had much time to talk to you all." Chrysanthe said to her guests as they came to sit at the table with her. "Well to be honest, I don't know a lot of children from outside the country and outside our other noble courts here. So this is really exciting, right Miss Wayne?"
"That's right, Milady." Margaret said, still standing at her young Missus' side. "That's the best part about tea time. Tea time is when you get to sit and know people!" And for the young Princess, that was all the worth it. She may look like your ordinary little girl but unfortunately, she'd had her share of health issues since she was an infant.
For the table for the Chaperones Peri took her seat. Again the maids whispered trying to locate her brother, the Prince. "Don't worry, I doubt he's gone far." she whispered back to them. Linely was the oldest and thus immediate heir apparent to the throne. None of the staff knew, he was in the garden, just deep in that he was pretty much out of sight. Peri giggled a bit. "Well, normally we'd see our elder brother here but it seems he's off about the ground somewhere. Well our family will be having another party to celebrate come Sunday so it's no matter. So, how is everyone enjoying the garden? Or even Sauville if you've had a chance to see a little of the city on your way here. Kind of old fashioned but many would say that's part of the charm here."
"Your tea, Milady." The other maid handed her a cup of black tea.
"Thank you." Peri delicatley placed the napkin into her lap as another plate of a few cookies was also place before her. Any other treats, deserts or cups were also given to the other guests by the staff of maids.

The Royal Garden back at home pales in comparison to the Royal Garden of Abetton, however, Nicky's vocabulary is still limited as he's still pretty young. He looked to his left and right before stuffing his mouth with a cake shyly.
Bratsy could only giggle at her son's shyness at how adorable he is.

The maid went around and poured tea into the fine china, with some cookies as well.
“Thank you very much,” Melty says. She takes a bite from the cookie, which was a delicate and mouth-watering delight. Then she takes a sip of the black tea. She smiles at how different this tea tasted from the ones she usually drinks at home. It was a smooth and sweet taste with a bit of nuttiness to it. She loved it.
“My goodness, this is a very delicious cup of tea! Almost like the ones I have at home”.

Chrysanthe had to set her cup of tea down for just a moment as her guest Luc decided to regail the party with a nice bout of some French Language. Of course being a well bread, royal girl she was, Chrys naturally was learning how to speak one or more foreign tongues. Admittedly it was still a long process given her young age and she really hadn't settled on seriously studying a language yet like her sister and brother already had but French was one of them, she wouldn't try her hand at it here it certainly wouldn't be as good as Luc's but she did manage to pick up a handful of his words he spoke. She clapped for him when finished. "magnifique" Well, one word wouldn't embarrass her too much. "I know little bits and pieces of French but not enough to converse or anything. Actually I haven't picked my language to study yet."
"Her Highness is still young yet, she'll have some time to decide like her elder sister and brother did before her and as do her dear Mother and Father the King and Queen."
"To be a proper Princess and noble of the country is to know how to converse with many from far off lands. So says my grandmother, Queen Mother Cordelia Laure."
"Very good, Milady, very good."

Ugokarinsky wrote:Vyacheslav looked at the lot of the children. They all looked so different and had such strange accents when speaking. He couldn't wait to introduce himself to everyone and possibly make some new friends. The Prince was subconsciously fiddling with the end of the table cloth while he was uncharacteristically staying silent and observing the others. Tea was a normal tradition for Ugokarinsky as well, and had been for hundreds of years, so this was a normal experience for him. He waited patiently as the Abetton staff came around and served everyone. The small, anaphylactic Prince specifically requested no milk. If he even got just a little and didn't address it right away, he could die- so it was important to ask although the staff were probably already fully aware. He just wanted to be sure.
As soon as all of the children were dished out their tea and complimentary pastries, he took a small sip. The Prince's taste buds were shocked. It was surprisingly different from the normal tea from his homeland. The flavor was definitely foreign to him but he couldn't quite pin what made it so different. It was nothing too extreme in terms of flavor and was probably the classic style of Abetton tea, but it was delicious.
Then, rather abruptly, a boy stood up that was in a seat nearby him. The boy seemed shy but nice. He introduced himself, saying he hailed from a country called Carthatska. The Prince had never heard of that country before. The boy proceeded to speak in a language entirely foreign to the Prince. Vyacheslav's eyes lit up and widened. It sounded so different than his native ones. After the Princess and the boy talked for a second, the Prince finally spoke up. He directed his inquiry to the boy, "That was so cool! Do you know any other languages?"

He gets up from his seat a little, pointing at his mother who smiles and waves back at the young boy.
"Hallo Mama!"

"I met your son!" Vyacheslav motioned to the boy back at the table.
"He told me you speak a lot of languages!" The Prince didn't hesitate for a second to speak. It was clear he was extroverted and willing to talk with anyone. He did a small and polite bow to be respectful, but it was obvious that the Prince was more focused on asking his question.
"So- what languages do you speak?" The eccentric child asked.
Abetton wrote:"Thank you, Miss Margaret." She sipped on her tea and spoke out again, "What else do you all like to do? Do you any of you have brothers and sisters?"
The staff moved quietly like clock work to move empty dishes from the two tables and refill any cups of those who wished for more.

I only speak Ugoskiy, some Ushian, and have not learned the continental language of Okican. Oh... and some English."
He wondered how everyone knew so many different languages. How does it even work? The Prince realized he didn't even know much about the strange rules of his own native language and how it worked. The Prince knew close to nothing about grammar, sentence structure, or the different language families, branches, and their individual and separate groups and how they all played into one another. So the information was definitely interesting to the small child, though he didn't quite grasp the concept of languages in depth.
The Prince eyes lit up again, as he was thrilled to get a question in return. It took him a while to respond because of his little mind trying to translate everything into English. "I'm Prince Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Sovetsky of Ugokarinsky! I'm the son of the King- His Majesty, King Mikhail II. He... doesn't rule the country though. Not after the empire fell."
Then, stemming off of his last comment, Vyacheslav asked another question. "Do you rule your country?"
