Murphy nodded, taking the time to catch his breath after the last near-half hour of action-packed combat. He genuinely hadn't expected things to go hot this quickly, or in such a fashion- first radical Muslims committing acts of terror just on the day of negotiation, then an active shootout? This could quickly become a diplomatic disaster for all parties involved -he knew Case Green-white-Red had already been activated and CCAF Marines were on their way to make things so very much worse; the presence of foreign warships already in Italian coasts suggested others had similar ideas.

'The hell's a P90?' he thought, while absentmindedly nodding back at the Selkie diplomat. "Five more hours of this, huh?" he said to Mercy. The other man sniffed, "maybe less" he pointed at the shadow in the hallway in front of them. They were well entrenched from one end, and gunfire had mostly stopped in the other. Someone was coming.

Hillshire nodded at the arriving Selkie delegation, and finally found a room to his liking; another conference room. After everyone else entered, he flipped the table on it's side, and began to bar the door with chairs, furniture, anything. "Anyone else with a firearm?" he called out, as he crouched near the doorway, pistol in hand. "If they drop a gimp team on us before our extraction arrives, not sure I can hold 'em off alone."

At Hilshire's question, I shook my head: "I am afraid, that I can't oblige with a firearm, but both Lilly and I have daggers." As if to emphasize, the woman pulled hers out, a slim carbonfibre blade - it'd be good for a few stabs before it broke. "However, I alerted the SDF-cruiser off coast that something went wrong. If I know them right, they are currently preparing our own exfiltration team... if I understood everything right, the sky above this place might very soon be very crowded."
I took off my suit's jacket and threw it in a corner.
"Where do you need us, Mister Hilshire?", I asked. He seemed to be the specialist right now.

The blast attracts Insaani troops who ARENT part of the anti-Nura but pro-Sultanate revolt, and they ask the Antarcticans what the heck is going on.

The Insaanis moved up next to the Antarcticans and gave the signal to move in. The two countries’ troops moved in and began pointing their guns and trying to figure out what was going on.
One noticed Nura leaning against the wall in a small but growing pool of blood.
“The sultana has been shot!” he shouted.
The Insaanis now angrily asked who was behind it. It looked as if they intended to arrest everyone in the room.

Hillshire tore down the barricade quickly, and almost immediately a brown-haired girl barreled into him, throwing her arms around him in a bear-hug. "Mister Hillshire!" she cried with joy.

Hillshire smiled awkwardly. "Uhh, everyone. This is..."
Sophia let go of Hillshire and gave a quick bow to the other delegates, although the large, blocky PDW slung behind her back made it a little awkward. "Good morning! I'm Sophia. I'm with the Social Welfare Organization, like Mister Hillshire." The smile faded from her face. "We should go before they get too many troops here. Follow me."

She headed out into the corridor again, and Hillshire followed; the rest of the delegates presumably would as well.

As she headed down, she occasionally stopped to let the delegates catch up. "Mariana, exfiltrating now, package "Hill" secured!" she shouted into her radio.

She noticed Nura tossing her dagger at her and caught it, before stowing it and scooping Nura up and dropping her on Giuseppe. "Hostage." she replied, without finishing, and she continued to clear a path to the extraction zone outside.

The two groups, lead by Sophia and Mariana, would soon be lead into the sewers beneath the conference building. As they left, a click could be heard from Mariana, and several loud explosions could be heard in the distance.

Remote-controlled Car Bombs went off at several key road junctions, planted by the SWO/SWA. This would slow any response, allowing the foreign delegations time to escape, and attract the attention of emergency services.

Some carried guns, other swords, and some pitchforks. One person in the cited who seems like a letter, instructed the crowd to enter serval trucks and busses
“We are heading to Italy everyone, death to the Isaani!!!” The man said as the mob boarded the vehicles. They were ready for complete warfare.

Mobs began going out, especially in Italy, demanding answers.

Having initially arrived late to the conference and unable to attend the first round of meetings, Percy Nelson- a Deputy to the Exodian Minister of State, had been staying in a hotel just across the facility where the negotiations were being held and watching the proceedings from online.

As the situation quickly and rapidly degenerated into an incoherent mess from a majority of the parties, as men vomited and weapons were fired, only one course of action was clear: leave the city, possibly the country, until the sewage of this conference had cleared up, via force if necessary.

Nelson and his Exodian Secret Service bodyguards quickly began to make their way out of the hotel to a waiting armored Alfa Romeo sedan (on lease from the Italians) plus its Land Rover escorts- brandishing their LAC-SHi suppressed carbines and various other small arms on anyone who dared stop them.

Mister Hilshire told us to, when in doubt, kill ourselves using those daggers - I knew Liliane, she would go down fighting, while I... I did not know, to be honest, if I had the guts to stab someone or to kill myself.
Luckily, it seemed as if his QRF arrived before the enemy's did.
In the form of a teenager with a heavy-looking submachine gun, who introduced herself as Sophia from the SWA after she had given Hilshire the Mother of all Bear Hugs. He had looked uncomfortable, but relieved.
"Pleasure, Miss Sophia.", I replied to her greeting with a small nod and then we were off again, following Hilshire as he followed the girl. I had grabbed my jacket and had my dagger in hand.
As far as we were concerned, we could keep the pace.
Once we were somewhere safe, I would have to call Fortham and tell them to call the cruiser back and wait for further instructions.
We were led through the sewers as the other young woman pressed a detonator - the distant rumble of explosions quelled and suspicions as to what that might have been about. This was well organized, one had to give them that.
Far beyond a standard run-of-the-mill revolutionary group.
I put away my dagger, escaping together with the SWA-people. I'd have to talk with Lilly later, then make a call to Fortham. The cruiser needed new instructions.
Things were getting hot, I presumed.

The Social Welfare Agency, in the wake of the fiasco that was the talks, is in no condition to quell rival groups, and quietly allows it's existence for now, focusing on the coming war against Insaanistan.
