@Guided Missile Maiden Yeah. Though some of it isn't just prejudice, the... dietary part in particular. Some doctors are looking into some kind of artificial substitute so I can stay healthy. Apparently all those liver sandwiches and such were enough to keep me healthy when i was littler, but not so much now. I'm just glad people here are willing to help me, and aren't trying to run me out of town.

@Guided Missile Maiden Not really, sadly. It's been enough while I was growing up but apparently now that I'm an adult it's not enough anymore, hence my recent illness and several other problems. There hasn't been a lot of research into the 'why' part of the equation here or how to address it, mostly because where kumiho do exist they generally aren't very approachable about being studied. Apparently.

I should be fine for a while longer though, so I'm confident they're going to figure something out!
