The Gospel reading for the Third Sunday of Lent (Year B) is Jn 2:13-25, which depicts the Cleansing of the Temple. Here we see Jesus taking exception to how the merchants and the moneychangers have offended the house of the Lord by plying their wares inside Temple grounds. When challenged, He said that it would take Him three days to raise up the Temple should it be destroyed; one interpretation is that He identifies Himself with the Temple. Once that Temple is destroyed, it would take three days for Him to rise again.
Just as Our Lord Jesus Christ forced those whose activities were an affront to the dignity of the house of God out of the Temple, we must make a conscious effort to turn away from sin, forcing it out of our hearts through piety and repentance as we prepare ourselves for His Passion and Death, eagerly anticipating His Resurrection.

@Kytaliina: One could argue if Eldians could be considered human; but they alll deserve this. For 200 years they oppressed and enslaved our people, sacrificed us in pagan rituals to they titan gods from whom they claim descent and spat on our faith. It's only right that they pay for their sins by working in mines.
Luckily all of them, if they are permitted to leave interment camps, have to wear armbands, so I know who they are and I can avoid them....

I just turned 14 and thus I'm able to begin participating in Court Duties and matters of the state. Nothing major or anything but I'm looking forward to it. I'll be going overseas for my first time, which is exciting. Well I shouldn't say excited, it's a state funeral I'll be attending, so I need to show my respect but it is my first time traveling outside Katase.
