That's not Sanchez, the guards would never allow the puppet near him. That's just a guard having a good time by munching on cookies, but he finally takes the puppet and throws it into a trash can.

But that doesn't matter, since the footage was gotten and was waiting to air tomorrow.

This is why the bodyguards have been monitoring the camera, take it when the crew isn't looking to their convoy outside, destroy it, and throw its pieces into a dumpster.
