InterCom and National Social Networks
This is a typical social network RP for the Sovereign Charter. The global network "InterCom" is only available to persons as nations deemed fit is a global financial/government network with social forums on it allowing for free social interaction between peoples of all nations with little to no moderation. Due to the hostility between nations and the dystopian like nature of most nations in the charter, access to this network is likely only granted to the elite classes so that truths are not exposed to the common population within nations.
Businesses and goverments in nations may host national social networks which are likely to only be operating in that country only or they may also be operating in other countries with whom they have friendly relations with. These networks are likely to be more available to the common citizen as the governments can easily control the content and moderation on these platforms.
