ICDN Declaration on the Islamic Holy State-Turkish and Caucasian Conflict

Proposed by Hopalian Representative to the ICDN General Assembly, John Leswig

Noting the conflict between Islamic Holy States and Turkey and the Caucasus the ICDN makes the following declaration.

Appalled at the multiple war crimes committed in the duration of the conflict, the ICDN condemns all war crimes committed, particularly those which were primarily committed by Turkey and the Caucasus.

Concerned by the fact that conflict hurts both sides and civilian bystanders, calls for a formal ceasefire and both sides to negotiate a peace treaty.

Further acknowledging the harm that and might be done to civilian bystanders as a result of this conflict, authorizes the ICDN Peacekeeping Force and any forces member states may volunteer to be sent to the region to assist and protect civilians.

"We would like it known that Arvan Irawer has tried to make a compromise and treaty between IHS and T&C, but to no avail. No side is willing to accept any terms but their own. Furthermore, T&C are as yet unwilling to let our aid workers into their territory, meaning, that if they held the same stance with ICDN peacekeepers and aid workers only civilians in IHS controlled territory could be helped."
