An emergency session at the ICDN commences. The Secretary General, taking note of these crises, calls once more for member states to petition their legislative branches to dedicate military peacekeeping deployments in Zarnicova Nova and the UAC. A matter of immediate importance as well, is the completion of the vote to establish volunteer recruitments for the official ICDN peacekeeping force. This vote must continue or every time a military crisis arrives, military deployments will have to be solved through each member-state’s parliament, which will significantly slow down the process and cost valuable time.

(OOC: I’m just going to state an IC reason for why these crises have happened to Zarnicova Nova and the UAC under our watch. The most of us operate on a day to day basis of IC time. So a day OOC is the same as a day IC *to most of us*. A genuine reason that we haven’t been able to stabilize South Africa is because at current pace, our members can’t take a day or two off without there being two to three devastating wars that pass by under our noses, because 80 years of conflict play out in about 24 hours in some of the crises involving the UAC. At our current IC forces, we cannot be spread too thin between two major zones of conflict, and OOC some of us are too busy to be here 24/7 in the eventuality of a war that will end in chaos within only several hours OOC. I’m glad we’re receiving challenging crises here, but not enough of us have been online for enough time these past two days to tackle these crises entirely.)

An emergency session of 'The Members House', 'The Council House' and 'The Binders House' was completed last night. The session was debating whether assistance would be supplied for Zarnicova Nova and the UAC. After 4 hours of debates the Houses decided to perform an 'IEi' (international Emergency Intervention). This means that there will be 25,000 troops deployed in each situation with more being dedicated if necessary. More can be dedicated at the Leading Member Miguel Faulkner's discretion meaning a faster response time.

An emergency session of the United Congress is held, and they vote in favor of peacekeeping deployments by a 173-127 majority.

A joint session of the Legislature is declared by the President to vote on intervention in the UAC and Zarnicovia Nova. A 2/3 majority is required in both houses to pass an intervention.

In the Dalmannian National Council, a vote of 240(Y) to 261(N), a vote to intervene in Zarnicova Nova with 5,000 troops fails. A vote to intervene in South Africa with 5,000 troops barely passes by a vote of 254(Y) to 247(N), however, in the Senate, this vote fails by a narrow margin of 47(Y) to 53(N). Since the insanity of the Rhodesian Conflict and loss of three Dalmannian peacekeepers in such chaos, the Parliament is more hesitant than ever to get involved in other conflicts, despite these conflicts being those of allies.

In the meantime, back in the National Council, Rep. Alesia Woodhouse and Rep. Zofia Likhutina von Majevski work to present a new resolution which would scale back the proposed amount of troops being deployed in these two crises to a maximum of 2,500 each, while countering this with an increase in Air Force deployments and humanitarian aid in both cases.

Imperium Germaniae has also looked into the current state in Zarnicovia Nova and the UAC. The German military can spare 2,500 troops for each conflict and the vote passed with 352 for and 348 against in the Reichstag for both. However, many members of the SDP and the Left have grown upset with Sophia Hertz's interventionist policies, despite her anti-war campaign. A vote of no confidence could arise and a potential split between pro war SDP and anti war SDP parties. However, for the time the government coalition is intact.

However, humanitarian aid to both countries has passed with 519 for and 181 against.

Parliament has assembled for an emergency session to discuss deploying troops to the United Australasian Commonwealth and Zarnicovia Nova. Parliament voted 622-28 to deploy 5,000 troops to the United Australasian Commonwealth as this vote was seen as a vote of morality to combat Neo-Nazism in the AWB. A vote on whether to deploy troops to Zarnicovia Nova is currently being delayed by the Civil Rights Party MP for Rural North Valley Mountains Brandon Hessel, but the Prime Minister has already authorized the Hopalian Police Force to deploy to Zarnicovia Nova.

The Dalmannian Navy and Air Forces will support this operation. When I give the word, all ICDN nations shall launch an assault on the AWB across land, air and sea, to push them out of Southern and Central Africa.”

The AWB is receding. If I am to urge a time to attack, I would suggest that coalition forces do so immediately.”
