"Neither is Chuying happy about this, for one the ICDN Security Council was not informed of this and two Zarnicovia Nova is essentially forming a taskforce and requesting ICDN members to contribute to it without the SC's authorization. This is also technically illegal because the ICDN already has its own forces, there is no need to form a separate one with an organization we do not approve of."
