Brief Outline of Foreign Policy Stance: Reform the Security Council into being a more impartial body and enforcing international peace and security through diplomatic, economic, and cultural channels rather than military ones. If elected, Chuying will make sure that the SC does not fall prey to tinpot dictatorships and warmongering leaders and that war is the last resort that the ICDN will utilize if vagrant human rights abuses and conflict does not cease in certain nations in civil wars, for nations that incite a war/intervention, or between nations in the case of a war.

Why do you want to join the SC? Chuying wants to join the Security Council as we have seen far too many conflicts in such a shortwhile and the organization is too new to be getting dragged into pointless military interventions and conflicts without a valid reason. We want to drastically reform the SCs role, place more restraints on its power and members from acting irrationally or without the approval of other members or the ICDN in general, and will try to utilize diplomatic channels to solve disputes, and ONLY if they fail shall military intervention or war be used against any nations or leaders violating the ICDN.

As part of the SC, we will also ensure that war crimes do not go unpunished and hold international tribunals for those who have committed such atrocities, and also ensure that all actions, votes, or procedures conducted are democratic in nature and with the approval of the ICDN, and the Security Council as the final vote. We will also make sure that any council members that do break laws, or violate the Security Council's authority and conduct unsanctioned operations will be properly punished. Our organization should operate as the scales of justice primarily, and only strike down with the sword of might if justice is unable to be served peacefully.
