International Broadcasting Alliance Arts & Culture Division
Culture – set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that define a group of people, such as the people of a particular region.
The International Broadcasting Alliance’s Arts and Culture Division is dedicated to promote, enhance, and develop home-grown film and television broadcasting, showcasing the talents of our member broadcasters and expanding their internal markets.
Currently, the Arts and Culture Division operates the Programme Exchange, where broadcasters and channels can display their shows for broadcasting and purchasing in distinct markets. The Programme Exchange will also work towards establishing special awards and commissions sponsored by the Arts and Culture Division to reward and encourage quality programming towards our Television Arts & Sciences Awards, to be held later during the year. For this reason, any program first broadcast by any Full IBA member is automatically considered for any grants and/or awards sponsored by the Arts & Culture Division unless this is explicitly rejected.

Whilst membership of the IBA is not mandatory to submit events for transmission, Alliance members will have priority in processing. Events granted allowance of IBA transmission will be ran under their own seperate threads, managed by the hosting nation(s), with this thread acting as a hub with links to said thread.

Membership of the Alliance is exclusively handled in the General thread. Please consider becoming an IBA Full Member first before posting any programs you would like to exchange in this thread.
