This is proposal to make a plan on a topic concerning LITA's military forces
This proposal was prosed by Lan xi lin co-head of LITA, assistant co-head of the ZN minister of foreign affairs, and ZN rep in LITA.
This proposal was made by Lan xi and multiple high ranking zarnicovian novan military commanders.

NOTING that LITA is a new organization and needs plans for how to run its new policies.
NOTING and SHOCKED that LITA is under attack by a foreign power and doesn't have an organized military force!
NOTING that human rights must be protected and this should be the job of the LITA military force.
NOTING that we will need to fix these above issues by making a plan. This proposal will be that plan.


the proposal:
We will elect one of our reps. to be head of LITA military which will appoint commanders from member nations who will run sectors. We propose that there will be these sectors: "army" "air force" "Navy" and "intelligence" which will have units or sub-sectors. We propose these sub-sectors:

Human rights abuse reporters.
These will be a group of civilian
human rights activists and reporters
which will be placed in every member
nation to make sure no human rights
abuses take place. They will not be
armed unless the location is unstable.
These are under the "Intelligence" sector

Human rights abuse checkers.
These will be trained operatives that
fact check the Human rights abuse
reporters when they find something.
These are under the "Intelligence" sector

LITA Diplomats
These are a group
of diplomats who
will work with
member states with
there diplomatic needs
These are under the "Intelligence" sector

LITA surveillance and spying unit
They will be a group of spies hackers
and orbiting sats. that can be called
to do intelligence missions.
This is under the "Intelligence" sector.

LITA civil war human rights protectors
They will be deployed in member nations
if they are experiencing an internal war.
They will protect civilians from harm.
This is under the "Army" sector.

LITA military civil support
They will be deployed to
members nation's when
they call for support in
internal issues/wars.
They will help the member
nation.

LITA military protection force
They will be deployed if a foreign
power invades a member state.
They will protect the member
state's land and only it's land.

LITA invasion force
They will invade countries
that has broken international
law and have been condemned
by a LITA proposal

LITA Unusual incidents unit
They will work with the ARD in
protecting member states from
anomalous entities, locations,
or, objects.

They will protect the civilian airway and
make sure no one attacks civilian planes.

LITA no-fly enforcers
They will make sure that
no-fly zones that are created
via condemnations are enforced.

LITA civilian needs droppers
They will drop food water medical
supplies etc. over war-inflicted areas
to try to help civilians.

This is a group of navy ships that are
tasked with making sure that the
international trade routes are blocked.
