This is a thread for LITA delegates to pass legislation, make treaties, make decisions about wars, and important stuff like that.
IC: "Good evening everyone. I trust everyone in ZN made it there safely." James smiles at the big screen that shows the delegates in ZN. "First, let's go over procedure for when we are in assembly.
First, the chair or deputy chair will say any important things that need to be said. Second, the remaining members of the delegate council will go over any updates that they have according to their role. Third, any unfinished business from previous sessions will be addressed. Then member states may raise proposals or any info that should be added to the docket. This will be kept note of by the notary. We will then go through the docket item by item to discuss what to do about it. Then the assembly will open for general discussion, and we will then leave assembly.
"This is just an overview. It can be tweaked or modified. While it may seem not very flexible, we can bend it pretty easily.
"Now, I have nothing to say as co-chair. ZN, do you have anything?"
