Welcome to the Masquerade Ball!
An important event which welcomes the new year jointly with the national masquerade carnival happening simultaneously across the city and the rest of the nation as a millenary national event and tradition to welcome the new year; as tradition demands in Mervay that The Royal Families of either Mervay or the Autonomous Territory of The Grand Duchy of Ardens; or that the noble and aristocratic families organizes the ball that happens in simultaneous with the carnival through a selection, this year's ball has fell to the House of Devienne, heads of the Autonomous Duchy. But that's history to be told later on in the RP, what's important here is about that this event will also be blessed with the opportunity to with a meteor shower alongside the main event in which the guests will be able to dance, have a talk and know more about Mervay's High Society and the Mervayan Hospitality.
Of course like every NS event and this one being no exception, here comes the rules.
