Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Harrison Reid, who was to conduct the ceremony greeted him, and his old friend and fellow soldier, who also happened to be Wheeler's best man Vice Marshall James Lionel who was now Commander of the Forces in Sharifistan stood beside Reid and greeted Wheeler warmly.

Prince John and Countess Aurora arrived at the Supreme Court Building and took their seats. They could both marvel at the architecture of the building, and Luke Wheeler’s superb uniform.

Sania Russo quietly took her seat in the Supreme Court Building, waiting for the ceremony to begin. Amid the crowd and under the majesty of the occasion, she appeared modest and unassuming, and indeed the presence of the guards who flanked her was the only indication that she was someone of importance.

Considering that the men were wearing their tuxedos, elegant black shoes, and bow ties, the Ayacucho President and his sons appeared with their usual outfit: no shirt, white sneakers, and blue jeans. Only one of the kids was wearing suspenders.
