I'm having trouble imagining any of my characters other than Helena as parents. Marco's pretty firmly in "confirmed bachelor" territory and too much of a workaholic. Paris and Lisanne should probably get hitched at some point but I'm making a wedding RP for that over my dead body (there's way too much of a gap between you guys and what I think of as my "serious" RP crew), and he's not enough of a normal person for me to accurately write that.

This, exactly. It's just such a cheesy idea that I'd have to bury it in like twenty layers of subterfuge just to feel confident about that sort of thing. The sort of preconceived notions I'd have to get over are too high, not to mention I kinda want MNM to officiate it for the hell of it. And I can be serious when I want to, I just... never want to. The seriousness is all reserved for my actual lore at this point.
