This is the official chamber of the Strategic and Economic Treaty Alliance's High Court. Here we meet to discuss and decide lawsuits between SETA members, among other things concerning international law. We meet in a special chamber of the SETA HQ.

The Romextlian Judge has an issue. "We would like to have New Antartica's reckless use of Nuclear weapons"

Violation of Article 51 of the Geneva Conventions Protocol I

As stated below:
Carpet bombing of cities, towns, villages, or other areas containing a concentration of civilians is considered a war crime as of Article 51 of the 1977 Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions.
