The bomb detonated intentionally, but because of said miscalculation of the Potential yield and where specific area the bomb was going to land..it wasn't pretty for the capital

"If a state is about to launch a nuclear weapon (specifically Atomic, Thermonuclear and Dity bombs) then it should inform the high court and the members of SETA. The weapon should be launched with the approval of the SETA members."
