New GRAIL (GRAIL is reforming / open)

Im so sorry, but I am officially leaving GRAIL. I was in it for quite a short time, but I still had a nice time in it, I guess. Many things are the reason for my departure, including: we do not have a formal military, but rather a peacekeeping force that isn't very fit for a military alliance. Ever since ES CTE'd/devolved into chaos it hasn't been the same, and has been overshadowed by the creation of organizations such as SETA (I don't take CHALICE seriously and CUSP is pretty small and is imperialist). It just, isn't the same. *sigh*. I'm not going to go and join SETA, but I would recommend a merger between the two organizations so that GRAIL will have at least some prevalence and ES's vision will still somewhat live on. For now, farewell.

Yeah, seems like something a member should bring up in parliament. It would take a lot of work, but it's possible.
