The Imperial Piikalan state agrees with Dr Tanner and wants to see amendments made to ZN constitution to see that the CUSP will ensure that its members are upholding international to the best of their abilities. To not risk the image of the CUSP in the eyes of the world. The Imperial State of Piikala will also be willing to assist any member state in an external or internal conflict to uphold international law by allowing any non WMD asset that's owned by the Piikalan government or the use of people from the Piikalan government.

Either our head of Labour Mr. Bratal, or out Judiciary Vaskachevo, both don't like the word of God being misused. As for their army's insubordination, surely your state of Zarnicovia has the ultimate rule of "Head of state must be head of Armed forces," no? If not, I'm sure there's a way to disarm them, like maybe using the Air Force or Navy. Of course, there are probably cultural or socio-political hubbaloo I've not understood. And also, I belatedly welcome the nation of Zarnicovia Nova to the Council."

"No our head of government and state is not military. He is the monarch and a very civilian orientated person. And may I make it clear it's the officers who have the power. Almost all of the officers want to keep. We need to wait for a democratic means to fix this."

I see may I suggest try what Piikala had done during the fifties to curtail a growing leftist movement in our northern China regions. Where we mandated a system where the people had to 'elect' members of each party so that there was a balance of power as the government was made up of a member of each different political faction who 'cooperated' together without annnyyyy military force at all... actually now that I think about it maybe that isn't the best example...

Piikala will be willing to send aid from its state of the Kingdom of Hawaii, Rapanui, and Samoa to assist in these efforts.

We have mobilized a division of marines. We hope they can quell the rebellion.
