Of course. The conditions are the same we gave the UDAF.
Both sides respect eachothers standing territorial lines, and agree to refrain from military or excessive political actions against eachother, IE: SMs actions in Dihcroan. The treaty will be legally binding, and jt alps prevents a factionally motivated proxy, due to the restrictions on political attacks, capped at espionage and active economic and political undermining.

IC: Lavinia is attacked while visiting a colonial civilian installation, resulting in the to-be assassin being gunned down by Lavinia herself, installation security and a few passer-by Miliz men. After a throughout investigation, though, it’s decided that he wasn’t actually the man who shot Andrews, but rather a relative of a rebel fighter killed in a recent tactical nuclear attack. Case closed. As usual, some hostage fighters are executed as a revenge matter and Lavinia’ inspection continues as if nothing happened.
