If protection is not possible, would you at least accept me into CUSP so they are restricted from certain infrastructure and less infrastructure.

I am are glad to announce that Southern Xenick has entered the CUSP. We were motivated to join after a violent alterclaration with Alphazi. We quickly beat them and destroye their reputation (as evidenced by their probation), and would like to look for further ways to protect this group and it's interests, against warmongers of all sorts.

However we would like a small request. We’d like to be allowed to redecorate our delegate’s suite. Since she is viewed as a person who’s misservice had resulted in a severe damage to nation’s reputation, she doesn’t deserve such a luxurious suite. We do plan on greatly reducing the amount of luxurious features and the amount of living space for her- we plan to rework the room to accommodate all of our CUSP delegation, including technical support (we will turn the suite into a very clean but not very luxurious communal apartment).

We ignore IDSF, but powerful arms - get me in for that.

More about it - IDSF is merely just Role-Players who make poor quality wars and sanctions and use rampant godmodding to piss CUSP and ICDN. CUSP just ignores them and I do not want to talk about IDSF ever again - we do not need another war.

Even so, what the CUSP needs is an organized defense force. If we purchase a strong naval fleet and small arms, we could account for most defenseive needs, however air power needs to be accounted for. We can foot the bill for much of small arms, but we will require financial aid to do so.

That was actually one of our first programs, a Citadel in the middle of the ocean, supplied with its own power and tons of small arms and fortifications. A substantial upgrade to the alliance's arsenal is greatly appreciated. What do your manufacturers have to offer? A United Naval Fleet doesn't sound like a bad idea.

we can offer extensive ground vehicle, aerial, and naval power, but an external manufacturer is needed to deliver most of the goods. I beleive that Wolf Armamanets. being closest to the citadel, should manufacture and deliver the majority of small arms and naval power. To add purpose to the citadel, I propose we give it economic incentives, possible being a rest stop that cargo sailors will need to pay to stay at, and having oil drilling at the citadel. It's position may not be strategic, but we can make the citadel itself strategic.

To sufficiently defend the citadel, we have a somewhat ambitious plan. Floating fortresses filled to the brim with heavy weaponry and anti-air weapons would surround the citadel, making it impossible to attack, for if one tries, their missiles are destroyed, their ships are sunk, and at an alarming speed. A concept for the floating fortresses has been developed, and they could also be used to maintain control over smaller waterways and areas of importance.
