I may provide two companies of Planetary troops to Insaanistan.

A nation which actively recruits autistic 5-year-olds into its army, but is otherwise benevolent. Make no mistake, after a couple months, those 5-year-olds can kick anyone's a**. And after 15 years of training, they are just plain scary.
NS stats have been kicked down a well. Any messengers sent to tell us to use them or that we need to follow them will meet the same fate.
