Unless we're doing a US-style elction, in which case you can take at least a week to announce a winner, and even then the other candidates will fight tooth and nail to get their hands on the top spot.

note US states has around 1 vote per 500,000 people while ZN has 1 per 250,000 so double cali's numbers and you get the real picture
