"Why would that be a good idea? That would encourage them, not deter them. Plus, don't give the military too much power or they will form a coup like in Saralonia. I know that was for other reasons, but you get the idea."

"Stronger military and police presence, right to search homes, curfews. It'd be easier to weed out terrorism in that regards. Don't get me wrong, Its not the best idea, but this is Zarnicovias umpteenth period of civil unrest."
