To answer the first question because they have 40 members in total.

well my plan is very peaceful. Just a loss of a couple thousand people compared to millions if we are to fight a direct war.

Operation Reaper: send military men to pose a terrorist's attack on empirical Switzerland, and blame it on a member of GRAIL to divide GRAIL up.

Operation Grave: Create choas in GRAIL by posing them against each other, and encourage them to join SETA

Operation Zebra: Takeover GRAIL by convincing empirical Switzerland to at least let us have some sort of control over GRAIL and combine GRAIL with SETA forming one of the greatest alliances in the world.

When would be a a good time then to enact the RGZ mission? I believe we have the manpower ,capabilities, and requirements needed to carry out the series of operations. I think now would be great or worst case tomorrow.

i would recommend for everybody to get a puppet sate of some kind that all are democratic nations, in total we can have like 3-4 nations for our operation. Anymore questions?
