it turns out i can send in a partially blank ballot, so i'll just do that and join the other 24 people voting straight CNP

I went voting 2 days ago. I think my cynicism was causing some unknown force to manifest by delaying my voting by having the machine I'm using not work. I only had to vote for the presidents, even if I skipped all of the random propositions.
