As a part of the diplomatic outreach process, the United Socialist Federation of Sanghyeok has decided to host the first ever international session of the Great Sanghyeokian Baking Show. Contestants are encouraged to be well practised in baking techniques for a variety of desserts, and the winner of the tournament will win a 100,000 Unit (200,000 NSD) prize as well as the Golden Parfait, one of the highest awards for culinary excellence in the Federation. Those interested should please look at the rules listed below, as well as fill out the attached signup form.

Rules:
1. Each nation may enter at most, 2 teams of up to 3 chefs each.
2 Each team may only have 1 chef participating at each time. Chefs may be rotated prior to each round, if the team progresses. For example, chefs may be rotated before the first and second match of a
3. The tournament consists of 2 stages: group stage and playoff stage.
4. The group stage will have 4 teams per group and 4 groups, for a total of 16 teams beginning.
5. In the group stage, all 4 teams will compete in a single match with 3 desserts. The top 2 teams advance to playoffs.
5. The playoff stage will be single-elimination. The first seed of each group will play the second of another, and all matchups randomised.
6. The first stage of playoffs will have 8 teams, the second 4 teams, and the final only 2 teams.
7. Each stage of playoffs will be a competition for 3 desserts, except for the final which will have 5 desserts.
8. Each round's dessert will not be disclosed until after all chefs are locked in. However, they will be randomly selected prior to the stage beginning.
9. Outcomes will be determined in part by RNG. However, those teams which have a chef bonus (matching category) will receive a 10% bonus, and those teams which have a chef disadvantage will receive a 10% anti-bonus. There will also be a 10% bonus for RP.
10. Possible rounds include: Cheesecake, parfait, pudding, tea-time, modern, classical, served cold, colourful, cookies, pastries, tarts and pies
11. Finally, each team can choose a category for overall 5% bonus. The categories are fruits, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and random.
Bonus Types:
Chef Bonus: Cheesecake, parfait, pudding, tea-time, modern, classical, served cold, colourful, cookies, pastries, tarts and pies
Chef Weakness: Cheesecake, parfait, pudding, tea-time, modern, classical, served cold, colourful, cookies, pastries, tarts and pies
