By the turn of the century, the neverending lust for power has left the world scarred. Europe lays in ruins, with the last bastions of democracy hiding beneath the ground. Asia is shrinking with irradiated waters flood the streets, and the Yellow River stabs its inhabitants in the back. As Central accelerates the decay of the world and destroys all that was holy, it becomes the job of the survivors to save everything, and make the murderers pay for their crimes.
Deep in the forests of Karelia, in a cabin surrounded by swamps and bogs, a devious plan is hatched. The God of Vengeance stirs in his sleep. Today, in the footsteps of the ancient greats, we go to war against the military-industrial complex.
Hello and welcome to the first official open Wuchu RP!
This is going to be a little one-off, mostly to test the waters and as a distraction to the chaos surrounding all of us this year. I aim to make this fun, relaxing, all while we go on a journey to bomb some fascist toys.
Some ground rules before we begin:
- > Don’t kill each other without prior permission. As much as drama is going to be a part of this experience, it’s not going to be very enjoyable if you decide to prematurely eject someone else from the RP. So, no murder.
> Write with effort. It’s going to be a whole lot more fun for all of us if we avoid lazy one-liners.
> No godmodding. Although I’ve created a world with some OP things in it (*cough* Cube *cough*), you’re just a guy/gal/gus here.
> Be a decent person. Don’t be a dick to others. Quite simple.
> No retcons. You have no authority over other people here, so unless the user is breaking the above rules, you can’t undo their actions.
> “Character creation” is here, done through the Macbeth application - preexisting characters are accepted as long as they make in-universe sense. Each player can control up to 2 characters, but there’s no (official) limit on how many Macbeths you can make. If you’ve previously made a Macbeth, you don’t need to use them if you don’t want to, and I won’t hold it against you if you ask to change something about your Macbeth - they’re your characters.
