The I.S.A. is a scientific alliance that is focused on exploration of space, and the establishment of space colonies. The headquarters is in Munich, in a building known as the Spire of Space.
Membership of this alliance entails: -Sharing between colonies on the same terrestrial entity -Member nation’s Space Agencies will cooperate with transportation -People who wish to become Colonists may live in any member nation’s colony.
