Yes, ignore them however, Langenia said that he doesn't plan on having any bad relations with GRAIL, and actually wants us to ally with them.

Come to think of it however, Vu Den Voc is not much of a warmonger. In fact on one thread he tried to make a anti fascism league, and fascist nations threated to nuke him and commit mass genocide. I wouldn't blame Vu Den Voc.
