Okay should I wait for the map to be done or start the exercise thread in International Incidents now? I still need to get the member nations to volunteer.

I've decided that a week after the positions were announced, we will have a vote. So that is Wednesday of next week.

But unnecessary. Even though SETA has communists, both GRAIL and SETA are peacekeeping forces that are against slavery and Fascism. It would be counter intuitive to be hostile towards SETA since GRAIL and SETA have the same goals. It would be great to improve relations with SETA/
