In this rp, it will go through with the news as usual as if it were detailing what happened today.
Rebellions will be marked with RED
Disasters will be marked with BLUE
Normal news will be GREEN
and Politics will be PURPLE
Feel free to revolt against the current government whenever you feel like its safe. Considering the area your in, like Northern New Zealand, the Level of Strength will be lower than say the Center of the Capital. Before you do said revolutions it MUST be checked in with me or any of the map artists (I will pick a group to do the map if there are any successful revolutions, feel free to ask me via tele or quoting)
If you do manage to successfully revolt, then your nation will be asked what its name will be, and ask for your Stat Sheet
Then, you can run your own news, declare war on others or whatnot but do know that this era is stuck in 1917 so no tech higher than such year.

Role: Head of the number one strongest rebels. Aka, leader or to them king of the New Zealand Kingdom.
Short Bio: Driven by hatred of the United Shadow "Republic", and the murder of his family after they were suspected of treason, he started the New Zealand Kingdom Forces Rebel group halfway into the "War of Darkness" in 1997 D.L (During Leader) and even kept most of the Shadow soldiers from obliterating the Northern Island by bribing and killing high end officers. As the strongest of the rebel groups around the world, they also run secrete operations of illegal alcohol and are even close to becoming a nation of their own but still need to convince the Strongest Fort on the Northern Island, Fort Zealand, to come to their side. His wife and children also run operations of their own.

Any of this will get you and ignored completely and kicked from the map
-No nation can do war for too long
-Colonization actually takes time
-NO tech higher than the year 1917
-Do understand that other United Shadowian land that is still under occupancy will get you into a full blown war.
-All inactivity from the rp for two weeks will get you taken off
-Immunity for new nations (recently won independence)for four days from alliance requests and wars.
-Wars must be declared and wait for the response from the taker of the war. It can be voided.
-Draft laws are a thing but a strict 3% rule will keep larger nations from dominating on the field.
-Wars tend to sometimes drain an economy
