Upon further review;
The Congress of the Confederate States of America has passed bicamerally a resolution to resign from GRAIL effective October 1st. Its member nations practice open hipocrisy in being authoritarian regimes in a pact to promote peace and democracy, and even those constitutional limitations may still be empires. Congress names Navy Hill, New Carthage, and Linkers Sha as motivating factors.
As such, Congress has ordered that I, Rep. Ramos of Puerto Rico, withdraw on October 7^th, after ensuring a smooth transition. Congress makes this decision known as little has come of its request to look into and possibly encourage more international attention on the issue of states which openly participate in slavery and the slave trade.
