I'm not saying monarchies aren't allowed if that's what you mean, and certain things can't be banned. You just have to have a fair system, with some form of working democracy, and people get relatively good civil rights.

I would join if there were tighter restrictions on who can join, more diplomatic matters with GRAIL members, peace, and a leader.

Democracy still means voting. So far, from my evidence, you are eternally going to be leader of GRAIL

Thanks for the response. I've joined GRAIL for now, since reformations can happen.

(Here is some of my suggestions for 'officer' positions.
- Minister of War: Coordinates the GRAIL military response to various situations, such as if GRAIL retaliates for an attack on the headquarters.
- Minister of the Treasury: Coordinates GRAIL finances, as well as coordinating things such as foreign aid and sanctions.
- Minister of Foreign Relations: Coordinates relations with nations not in GRAIL.)
