Exercise size will be 15,000 personnel and 150 observers with vehicles and light artillery. Subjects that will be brought up in the exercise will be Counter-Insurgency, Mechanized Warfare, Urban Combat and Civilians in combat area. The exercise will be 14 days long with EUL Army units being OPFOR aside from a small number of observers and junior officers for BLUFOR. Colonel Arnold Titus makes an appearence again, dressed professionally as he enters the discussion room. To his side is an aid, whom hands him a folder and both conclude a brief conversation. Afterward, he heads to the table, sitting in a brisk fashion. He uses a hand to slide open the folder, observing the document before addressing those present.

"Honored representatives, I am here today to announce that the Confederate States is concluding its humanitarian operations in Kamilistan in the next few weeks. Two resupply convoys have already met with Task Force Olympia under the command of our Vice Admiral Yugiv to continue to bolster the distribution of aid packages to the populace. The President feels that with the massive effort the Confederacy has given, we have more than shown the humility and willingness of GRAIL through those efforts, as well as those undertaken by our GRAIL allies. To that end, our operations as of this moment are winding down towards an amicable level to justify a withdrawal from Kamilistan."

Taking a moment to lick a finger-tip and flip a single piece of paper, he continues.

"Furthermore, the President is aware of the honorable campaigns taking place in GRAIL. The President wishes to express his heartfelt wishes that these democratic campaigns within the GRAIL alliance will continue at a pace honoring the foundation of our alliance. Additionally, he wishes to express that at this time he does not feel it should be prudent for a representative of the Confederate States to run for office. Instead, the President feels that the contributions of the Anagonian force should continue to concentrate on providing relief and humanitarian efforst where necessary, and providing security where applicable and needed. The President is fully prepared to recognized the representatives who attain office within GRAIL and sends an early congratulations to those elected."

A moment is spent as he observes the remaining two pieces of paper in the folder before he closes it and stands. "Thank you for your time," he says in way of farewell before giving a nod and returning towards his office.

“I do not think we have enough leverage in that regard. Tupeia is not a major trading partner with any GRAIL or SETA nation, as far as I know. The threat of military action from both SETA and GRAIL, however, may be enough to get them to halt their practice of slavery.”
