Monaco doesn't have an airport at all, let alone something you could put down one of those beasts on. The closest A380-capable destination is seven hours away in Zürich, Switzerland, so I hope their chauffeur is getting paid overtime.

Cote d'Azur Airport is an international airport in Nice, France. It's 30 minutes away from Monaco so if you want to land there and take a helicopter to the Monaco Heliport then you'd be able to do that. There are A380 flights that go there so that'd be your best option if your going to fly in one.
