The Chancellor Inaugural Ball is the event for leaders around the world, politicians, and allies of Cartoonia to greet and get to know the new chancellor, politically and personally. Dating back to the 1970s when Cartoonia was still pretty young, the inaugural ball has been a way for the new chancellor to begin his political career with other foreign powers, and this gives the departing chancellor one more huzzah before leaving. The inaugural ball will take place at the Chad Dickson National Theatre of The Arts, the East Wing Ballroom to be precise. This ballroom has always been reserved for state events that are not hosted by the Supreme Leader (who uses the estate ballroom). Food will be served a la buffet style with a beverage bar serving various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. After greetings and a speech by the new chancellor, the “Supreme Leader’s Own” Cartoon Marine Orchestra will provide music and entertainment for the rest of the evening.
The event is black and white-ties/military mess-dress only (I will allow traditional ceremonial wear if appropriate). Health Screening is required too (Cartoonia is ensuring the safety and health of everyone. Cartoonia has no cases of COVID-19).
Dear Esteemed Global Leaders, Majesties, and Politicians,
On behalf of the new chancellor and the Chancellor Inaugural Committee, we would like to officially invite you to the Chancellor’s Inaugural Ball on June 20, 2020 at the Chad Dickson National Theatre of The Arts East Wing Ballroom to celebrate incoming Chancellor Nigel Uno and Attorney General Conan Edogawa. This event is to let all of you get to know the new chancellor politically and personally. The Supreme Leader and his family will be in attendance, as well as various secretaries and military officers. The East Wing of the theatre center of the arts will hopefully be enough to hold all of our invited guests, and the outdoor promenade will be open too. The dress-code for the event is either black or white tie, or military mess-dress, though we will allow traditional ceremonial dress if appropriate. Security will be taken care of by the local Army garrison and local police authorities, so only ceremonial weapons to the event. You are free to request orchestral dance music.
As all are well aware, due to the epidemic, Cartoonia is taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and health of everyone and therefore will conduct health inspections upon arrival to Cartoonia. We hope to see you there.

RULES!!! (Because everyone loves them):
-1. Threads of Terrorism or assassination (or animalfication (looking at you The Imagination Animals)) will be ignored by OP.
-2. Security will be provided by local army and police authorities, unless it is a part of the ceremonial dress, no weapons. No one wants a bloody duel to take place.
