I would like to nominate Vader City as the host city, it is an ancient town which has grown since before the first century AD, it is the former capital of my nation and holds many of our military assets, many battles have been fought there and many important decisions made. It has a vast array of architectural styles from the different eras as it was grown and also hosts many museums and other landmarks of great note.

My nation will (most likely) be specialising in covert operations and cloaking technology etc.

Do you like the phrasing I used?

We would like to nominate Wentaria (our capital) to host the university.

It is situated on the sea with small underwater segments that could be used for diving training.
Wentaria also has a nearby thick forest that could be used for isolated survival training or scientific study.
We have several underwater bases near the shore, the largest being Trident base.
Trident base is mostly dedicated to marine research but is also home to a nuclear submarine dock
The possible site for the university has plenty of space, and also is on ground compatible with our underground cavern technology (this could be used to create an underground section to the university

It also has a rich history and demonstrates both classic and modern architecture living in harmony,
The historical Bullshark district is home to renaissance architecture and the grand castle of the Grand Duke. The parliament building, home to the Council is also situated on the shore.

I think we should prohibit voting for yourself (occ: but not the explanations of why a city should or should not be chosen)
In other words, do not vote for yourself (occ. but I say it for everyone)

We have had an idea, why don’t we figure out a place for the main campus area, but every nominated city could have its own branch of the university?

They have many planets and moons to choose from.

1. Wuikhaui
Environment: Has many forests, rocky mountains, and caves. Its caves are rich in resources. Besides a minign outpost, there are no inhabitants. We could build the academy in the forest.
History: The planet was owned by Inquellia (with a month long interruption during the spike campaign) for 4 years. The first empire held it for 18 years, but it was annexed by the Siirverians following their defeat. A colony was established, but in the war of independence, there was a brutal year long siege/space battle and then another year long battle on the surface that became a three way. The colony was destroyed, but a few Siirverians managed to survive and are for now one of the only few hundred known to exist(the ones alive by the wars last battle either commited ritualistic not alive or went missing).
Significance: The planet is resource rich(hence mining town) and has multiple old weapons. As one of the bloodiest battles of the war, it fits the military academy. Also, it's original name was Auronousur.
2. Khaukhei
Environment: A barren rocky moon, on the outskirts of the empire. The moon if filled with craters, plateaus, acid lakes, volcanoes, and mountains. In the more livable portion, there is a town of about 1000 permanent residents of various cultures.
History: It orbits a gas giant, and was colonized first under the puppet government at the time, who sold to the Siirverians for 1000 pieces of our currency after ten thousand men died on the expedition to claim it after 6 months of owning it. The Sirverians found a lot of use and made a prison colony there with slave labor. In the war of Independence, the prisoners were kept from food in the later stages. The prisoners revolted, and managed to hold out for 14 months while the planet was under a counter siege until the Siirverians army broke through and destroyed the prison along with all but 3 inmates. The planet was liberated by Inquellia 14 days later, and a town was built on the prison ruins.
Significance: The planets dangerous environment allows for good training exercises. Also, it would honour the planets history. It was formerly known as Uronausus.
3. Euqhukha
Environment: The world is a desert planet also on the outskirts of an empire,, with a few towns and a fortress city. It is filled with large mountain ranges.
History: The planet was owned by us for a long time. When the Siirverian invasion happened, they let us keep it. t was a foolish move, cause I was born there. It is currently a crown land under direct rule, though the town councils can make non contradictory laws.
Significance: I was born there, and the environment is rough.
4. A sphere in space. It would spin to make gravity and have mutiple levels. ALso, it would be outside my territory.

You can only one of the locations, as I stated.

OOC: As I mentioned in the alliance thread, I am happy to run the canon law and military police schools. I'll post my nomination tomorrow.

Ooc If you ever don't you understand something I write about. Tell me. Because I'm Spanish-speaking and Sometimes I find it hard to express myself in English.

I agree, every city should be specialized in a certain training type and environement.
