Our idea for a system

Well first we need to collate a list of all nominees, then we let all voters read through every nominee and at a specified time, we all vote using the same/similar format

We were close to doing the same, the only site that would work well would be Wentaria, our original nominee (Sharkbane) may have worked with significant changes to the layout of the cavern it is situated in

Second of all, I want roleplay. I can finally experience it, and it's useful since I'm making my own.

We vote to make it mandatory to become fluent in at least one language other than a students home language.

It is possible to do both perhaps?

No. If we make them electives, it is not required, but it is likely the students will choose one since there are so many. To be required, they pick which they study.
