Commemoration Festival of the 400th Anniversary of the Anglo-Fusō Alliance
The Story: It's the 1st of June, 2020, and the four hundredth anniversary of the Anglo-Fusō Treaty of 1620. This was originally an alliance between two naval great powers created for convenience, but four hundred years, a world war (the Napoleonic) and two Neuroi invasions later this alliance of convenience has ended up becoming one of the oldest and still ongoing alliances in history. On this June day, the Empire of Fusō and the British Commonwealth, represented in Osaka Bay by the Imperial Fusō Navy and the Royal Navy come together to celebrate a friendship that has lasted at least four centuries through successes, defeats and even the near-ending of humanity itself twice.
The Schedule (all times in Fusōnese Standard Time/FST (IRL Japan Standard Time):
1-31st May: Guests, ships and people arrive, final naval review rehearsal on the 31st May
0700 FST 1st June: Tennō Heika boards the Imperial Train from Kyōto Central to Osaka.

Good morning, everyone, I'll try to do my best as Co-OP and hope for a good cooperation - final say, however, rests with ABH.
So, what will I bring? Of course, that honour will go to the Maighdean-class Missile CruiserSDFS Maighdean, which will carry 2020's Year 2 Ensigns on their first training cruise. That, sadly, will mean, that both Fi and Kay won't be around for this one, but the Navy certainly doesn't lack in Ensigns. ; )

Since the current martial flagship of the Reichsmarine is too fat a fuck to fit into Osaka Harbor (iirc), I will instead be sending the Bismarck, the traditional flagship.

I'm going to lurk here and send 2 ships. Maybe.
Ship 1: The SMS Rota, a Rota class cruiser from WW2 primarily known for killing a Soviet Admiral via accident(or the ship expressing rage at a shrine to Saint Barbara being removed from one of the powder rooms, you can choose either interpretation).
Ship 2: RBS Destiny, a guided missile destroyer from Bayerland.

Update;
Not SMS Rota, but SMS/ORP Rota.

Official review order is now here. I never want to see a table-tr-td tag group again. As per revised instructions we are going to park essentially parallel to Kansai International Airport, heading north in seven ranks extending westwards. Also I drew a crude map. <.>

Looks very good. And I feel your pain, believe me...

Helicopter -> train will be fine. Alternatively we can have limos waiting at the arrivals. <.>
Helicopter->train will be fine. I mean, Google Maps showed me, that the trip would take around a bite more then hour, including a bit by foot, and I don't think, that it'll be substantially longer or shorter in Fuso, right?

Assuming we take the limos vice the train (a drive from KIX to Osaka Castle being 40 minutes if Rome2Rio is any indication), I take it there will be a convoy or something?
