KDAM-WORLDVISION WINNER ANNOUNCED

Following an exciting voting period involving eleven international juries, the winner of Kdam-WorldVision has been announced. Kafeh Shahor, a pop group from Rakaphy have been announced as the winner, with their exciting pop song "Habibi". The group, formed from the children of Ethiopian immigrants stormed the table, beating out second place Mashe Menshaq by 22 points. In third place came Yair Dayan, missing out for a second time to represent Ertzei Kishim in the contest. Yonah Begrou from the international girl group SAMBUCCA finished in 7th place with her song Neon Tigers. Kafeh Shahor will be hoping to maintain an excellent recent run of form for Ertzei Kishim in the contest, which has seen the country finishing in the top five on the previous two occasions. Ranking in the top four of all but one jury member, many in HARESHET are confident of a good result, yet time will tell if this is to come to fruition.

Semi Finals 1 & 2 for the Landa vy Polkopiya have both concluded, meaning that it's time to reveal who will be qualifying to the Grand Final for a chance to win one of Polkopia's biggest annual music award shows in the country. The winner of the Landa vy Polkopiya will have the opportunity to represent Polkopia at the Worldvision Song Contest - the largest music competition in the multiverse! This edition, the Landa vy Polkopiya drew interest from nine different nations, with each of them sending a team of music experts to vote on who was to qualify for the Grand Final. The two qualifying acts from each semi-final are decided in this matter, whereas the Wildcard spot is awarded to a non-qualifying entry that the Polkopian jury feels as if though it deserves a place in the Grand Final. With the four qualifiers and one Wildcard spot, there are to be five acts competing in the Grand Final, each of them vying for the top spot in the competition.

It has been confirmed that The Big Reveal will be taking place in an empty studio in Darlington on Friday 15th May 2020 at 20:00. During the live show, we will learn the song and artist representing Estogium at the upcoming WorldVision Song Contest. It will be hosted by Riko Wilson, who hosted the 73rd WorldVision Song Contest. The show will also see the artist performing their song.

Tonight, 9 songs and 9 artists competed in Izmepisma for the right to represent Izmedu in the 82nd WorldVision Song Contest. International engagement in the national final grew even stronger as a record-breaking 14 international juries voted in the grand final, an uptick from 2 jurors versus the previous edition. After a hard-fought international jury voting and domestic televoting sequence, there is now a winner. We are proud to reveal that the winner is...

Prudencija N. - CHAOS

Winning with 234 points (96 jury + 138 televote), Prudencija N. makes history by breaking the points record set by TINA in WV68 and wins the vote with both constituencies. She is also the first contestant to have originated from the World Hit Festival to win Izmepisma and does so on her first attempt at the national final. Prudencija N.'s stunning win was bolstered by first a strong performance from the jury vote. Though her song proved divisive, she would go on to receive 11 jury votes (out of a possible 14). Of those 11 voters, 9 of them would put 'CHAOS' in their top 3. Prudencija N. also received 3 sets of 12 points. She also took the domestic televote by storm. She was neck and neck with the pre-contest favorites, DolcMjuartan's 'Ne desperzi la igra,' but the shocking and dynamic nature of Prudencija's performance secured Prudencija's televote victory. With approximately 180,000 votes (representing 22.88% of the televote), she scored 138 points from the domestic televote to secure the win and her ticket to WorldVision. As 'CHAOS' was not considered a favorite to win, Prudencija N. did not state a steadfast commitment to represent Izmedu in either the WorldVision or the World Hit Festival and she requested that domestic media not ask questions about representing the country in either contest. The Izmepisma contract states that the winner has the right of first refusal to represent the country in the WorldVision Song Contest. We are currently awaiting a decision from Prudencija.

DolcMjuartan, the runners-up, have stated they are happy to represent the country in either contest. Their situation is currently unclear as this is the first time that an Izmepisma winner has not immediately committed to the WorldVision Song Contest. More updates will be revealed.
