TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH

Quilmes, December 23, 2020

Dear Mr Speaker of the House of Commons of the Republic of La Boca, Juan Eduardo Espíndola, and dear Hon. Mr President of the Republic Ivay Nahuel Suárez:
Through this letter, I am writing to you to send you my request for a MOTION OF NO CONFIDENCE, following articles 35 et seq., of our Magna Carta against the current Prime Minister Facundo Matías Pasarín.
To substantiate my request, I want to make public the impossibility that Her Majesty's Government has to face the growing economic and social crisis that the country has been going through in previous years, in addition to the lack of government action against the health crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic Covid-19.
To continue, I accompany this epistle with a clipping from an international daily newspaper in which it is titled that our president could have offshore companies in tax havens in addition to committing the crime of illicit association together with other officials from the same political space, punished and punished by our Criminal Code.
As a culmination, the House of Commons of the Republic of La Boca resolves:

"That the House no longer has confidence in her Majesty's Government."

Salutes you with affection

Daniel Eduardo Espíndola, MP for La Boca
Eliseo Alberto Marmontel, MP for Avellaneda
Germán Enrique Repetto, MP for La Boca
Rodrigo Torres, MP for Avellaneda
Gianfranco Marzzellino, MP for Quilmes
