While I personally have never understood the need for some monarchs to make it impossible for people to remember their names, the Gaeltyn's official policy on this matter is "everybody needs a hobby".

It is not customary for the Domnaeni of Shalotte to bestow such titles upon Shalottes or foreigners - in fact, no such titles exist. Nevertheless, Her Faithful Grace has seen fit to honour your request, and so by her authority I am to inform you that you have been granted the following title:

"He Who Has Never Been to Shalotte".

It is accompanied by no special privileges and no particular honours. The title shall become defunct should you ever set foot upon Shalotte territory, at which point it shall be transformed into "He Who Has Been to Shalotte". The title is not hereditary or transferable, cannot be bestowed upon any other individual, and shall cease to exist at the moment of your death. This presumably makes it desirable to a collector such as yourself?

I suspect Her Faithful Grace is exercising one of her own hobbies in the creation of this title for you - namely, finding the funny side in things - nevertheless it is a formal style which has been created under Shalotte law, which you are free to accept or deny at your leisure.
