Security around Her Imperial Majesty is extensive. Recommend local authorities cordon off the official route leading to the Ball while H.I.M' motorcade is in transit on route to the ball. Additionally to this the Royal Guard would also like to insert several trusted Knight-Agents under either, front identities as businessmen or low-rank nobles (Barons) which will shadow her Majesty from a distance. Or your security forces can approve for them to enter under their official function, i.e highly-trained, elite bodyguards. Though as mentioned, they are to stay out-of-sight for the duration of the ball.

The Royal Guard would like to request your authorities to grant a security clearance to have six Special Knight-Agents to be present at the ball. Detachment would consist of plain-clothed agents dressed in tuxedo suits and will be equipped each with a pepper spray, collapsible baton, K-Bar tactical knife and a Glock-17 or a Sig 220. All the items are concealed in a special combat mesh under the suit jacket.

Overall cooperation in ensuring the utmost safety of Her Majesty is of our mission. We would like for your local security forces be upmost cooperative in that regard.

To answer your question, the ball itself is only one day but your welcome to stay in the city for longer if you wish. Secondly, your app looks good but I have to say no on a security detail at the ball itself because our own security forces have the grounds well secure and well guarded so the ball is safe. So guards have to stay behind at the hotel or in your home nation.
